Class Description
Group 0 Eastmont School District 
Group I

Nonprofit organizations formed solely to support Eastmont School District. In-District Government or Nonprofit 501(c)(3) Youth Service Organizations.

Criteria: 70% or more participants residing in the District, Proof of 501(c)(3), and roster showing 70%.
Group II Local Non-Profit Youth Service Organizations. These organizations serve less than 70% of youth/students residing within the Eastmont School District boundaries.  
Group III Other Government/Nonprofit 501(c)(3): These are organizations that primarily serve adults.
Group IV Commercial/Profit making organizations and Private Events. This includes groups holding tournaments in which participants are charged a fee to participate or a fee is charged for attendance to watch the event.

If you are an internal staff member who will be submitting requests on your own behalf (i.e. not for a group, team, club, etc), use your first and last name as the Group Name.

Additional Group Information

External / Outside Groups: Upload the Group's Certificate of Insurance and its Expiration Date.
